The Fenix PD35 V2.0 LED Flashlight is powered by a Cree XP-L HI V3 LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours. It can be powered by either a single rechargeable ALB-L18 series Li-ion battery or two non-rechargeable CR123A batteries.

The flashlight offers 5 modes plus a Strobe setting, delivering a maximum output of 1000 Lumens in Turbo mode (2 hours and 50 minutes runtime, reaching up to 820 feet or 250 meters). The other modes include High (350 Lumens for 5 hours and 10 minutes), Medium (150 Lumens for 12 hours and 25 minutes), Low (50 Lumens for 29 hours and 30 minutes), and Eco (3 Lumens for 430 hours). The Strobe mode also provides 1000 Lumens of output.

The PD35 V2.0 features a digitally regulated output that maintains constant brightness, and it also includes reverse polarity protection to prevent improper battery insertion. Its anti-roll and anti-slip body design, along with a tactical tail switch for instant activation and a metal side switch for output selection, make it a durable and user-friendly flashlight.

Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with a premium type HAIII hard-anodized anti-abrasive finish, the PD35 V2.0 is built to withstand harsh environments. The toughened ultra-clear glass lens with an anti-reflective coating and the IP68 rating for dust and water protection (submersible to 2 meters) ensure the flashlight's reliability in various conditions.
